What size are the tumblers?

Our 20 oz skinny tumblers are the perfect size for on-the-go sipping.

Can I provide my own design?

Yes, once it's a high-resolution 300 DPI image.

What if I don't have a finished design?

That's perfectly fine. Share your idea, photos, colors, words, theme, or inspiration, and Kipean can create a custom design for your tumbler. Choose the Custom/Freestyle Tumbler option when you want Kipean to bring your idea to life.

Can I order just the design?

Yes. If you only need the artwork and don't want a physical tumbler, you can order the Custom Design Service for $15. Your finished digital design will be delivered by email within 3–4 business days.

Can I personalize a memorial tumbler?

Absolutely. Memorial tumblers can be personalized with photos, names, dates, meaningful messages, quotes, and other details that help tell their story. Each keepsake is created specifically from the memories and details you provide.

Where do you ship?

Kipean currently ships physical products within the United States only. If you're ordering from outside the U.S., you'll need to provide a valid U.S. shipping address.

When will I receive my order?

Custom physical products require 3–4 business days for processing before they are shipped. Once your order ships, you'll receive tracking information so you can follow its delivery. The actual delivery time depends on the shipping carrier and destination.
